All our work, including data processing, print personalisation and mail fulfilment is handled in-house to ISO 27001 standards. As well as covering how we receive, store, manage and use data, it also covers security in to, and on, our premises. All our entry points are zoned, so employees only have access to the areas on site appropriate to their role.

Our envelope inserting lines are fitted with the latest technology to allow for 100% mailing verification and camera match mailing for example, when inserting two or more personalised items, or statement mailings where the number of pages for each account holder will vary.

From accepting your data, to printing, matching and enclosing we can provide you with a full reconciliation audit report to show 100% secure mailings.

Our client list includes leading UK and international financial institutions, local authorities, manufacturing and pharmaceutical companies, to private companies. For some clients, the mailings are daily, weekly or monthly whereas others are annual or adhoc.

Do you have minimum or maximum quantities?

No. We’re happy to send out 1 item or tens of thousands. The systems are procedures we have in place to ensure the same level of integrity regardless of quantity or frequency.
How can you ensure 100% accuracy?

We print a small bar code on each item which the cameras on our inserting lines read. The information held within the barcode tells the cameras how many items need to be inserted into each envelope. The line will stop immediately if there are any misfeeds.
Why should I use a maiing house rather than handle mailings in-house?

Some companies prefer to send out financial documents themselves, using employees to ‘stuff the envelopes’. However, this may be a false economy. From a cost perspective, it can work out cheaper for us to print and insert your items, and the savings we can offer on postage alone can offset the fulfilment cost. Plus, it means your employees can concentrate on the job they’re employed to do. From a security perspective, we can ensure 100% accurate by machine inserting, rather than the risk of human error.
